Coaching within Organisations

I work with organisations to help them to get the best out of their new and emerging leaders and those transitioning into new roles, or from other industries. Organisations might approach me to coach an individual with a very specific developmental area of focus, or to coach individuals who are part of a group of people on a leadership development programme.

 

Themes might include:

  • Supporting a period of transition – either someone who is new to an organisation or has taken on a more senior role

  • Supporting before, during and after a period of parental transition (maternity and paternity leave)

  • Working with high potential employees to help them to get to the next level

  • Overcoming issues with self-confidence or self-belief that currently prevent someone from performing at their best

  • Identifying ways for leaders to drive their teams forward, improving motivation and productivity
