I partner with organisations to strengthen and grow their people, and ultimately their businesses. I provide coaching, leadership and management training, drawing heavily on my experience of working in the research and insights industry for 30 years, and my role as Head of L&D.

 

I’m all about growth. I help new and emerging leaders to grow from talented experts into high-performing, confident leaders. I help new managers to grow from skilled team members into capable, people-focused managers. I focus on equipping people with the skills and mindset they need to perform well in their roles, at the level they are supposed to be performing at.
